Hiring motorcycles is more appropriate and more worthwhile than 4-wheel vehicles, as it is possible to drop in at nearby beaches including Laem Ta-node in the National Park of Mu Koh Lanta. From Talad Saladan, go southward for about 16 kilometers to the end of the concrete road passing Ba Kantiang Beach onto the laterite road for another 1 kilometer to find a passage downhill to the beach on the right.
