From Bangkok: Take Highway No.4 through Petchaburi, Prachuab Khiri Khan onto Chumpon and turn into Highway No.41 passing Amphur Langsuan to Surat Thani. Then futher to Highway No.4035 to Amphur Ao Luek before turning into Highway No.4 again to enter the city of Krabi for a total distance of 814 kilometers.
From Krabi:
Go toward Hua Hin Ferry and purchase ticket Krabi-Lanta Noi-Lanta Yai through in order not to miss the boat at Koh Lanta Noi.
Boat ferries are open between 06.00-20.00 hours
It takes about 15 minutes from Hua Hin Ferry to Lanta Nois Klong Mark Ferry. Tourists may drive to tour the island first or direct for about 8.5 kilometers to Lang Sord Ferry heading to Lanta Yais Sala Dan Ferry taking about 10 minutes.
