Location: Opposite Lanta Noi Administration Office
How to get there:
From Lang Sord Ferry, go straight to the junction and turn left into the road onto the District Office for about 1.5 kilometers to find the outstanding Lan Sord Beach public park by the beach.
Lang Sord Beach is the first beach on Koh Lanta Noi about 1.5 kilometers away from the ferry and only 400 meters from Talad Saladan pier.
It is the longest and most beautiful beach with reddish browen fine sand and rather wide beach front a little sloping ideal for relaxation, beach sports and swimming.
Lang Sord Beach has no facilities to serve; tourists should bring water and food with them.
By the beach is a public park with green grass and a shelter under the trees shade to sit in and a children playground.
This 5 kilometer-long leach has beautiful scenery, just skirt by to the left, the bay mouth that borders Koh Lanta Yai and Koh Lanta Noi is seen.
This area is the location of the present District Office of District Koh Lanta includig othergovernmental offices overlooking Talad Saladan pier and the fisherman village.
On the right is the panoramic view of Tung Ta-lay Beach of Koh Klang Klong Yang overlooking Koh Jum ant Krabi shore as if it was the same beach as Lang Sord, which in fact ends at Klong Mark Bay front. Tourists may tour the mangrove here by the fisherman boat.
